I have gained a lot of experience free lance designing for individual requests and businesses.

I worked along side British film director Simeon Halligan helping with his side projects such as Grimm up North, this involved designing promotional posters as well helping with model set building.
2010 - 2011- Bamboogy Clubs
In charge of the promotional aspects of the club I contacted design agencies over work and help organize events. I was also asked to design things for certain nights as well as a employee uniforms for the Wigan and Bolton Venues , which became the standard uniform for their clubs throughout the country.
2010 - Appleton Exotics Pet Shop
I was employed to design packaging for the store for a variety of animal cage lighting products and heat mats.

I am enthusiastic to gain experience part time during University and full time afterwards within a digital and marketing design company, working within the design team to further my knowledge and skills of digital, web and marketing design. I am a hard working and determined individual and really believe that I could excel given the opportunity.

Personal Statement
I'm enthusiastic about graphic design, illustration and drawing as its always been the only thing I wanted to do. I studied art based courses throughout high school, college and finally within University, furthering my skills in graphic design and motion. Throughout the University course, I've touched on a variety of Adobe CAD software, teaching myself the 'ins and outs' of Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects, and learning the basics of Flash. I spend the majority of my free time sketching and drawing illustrations, importing them into Illustrator and playing around with the software, hoping that in the future I would be able to draw and design for a career.
My foremost qualities include being a fast learner, creative, enthusiastic and confident. I work well in team based situations and individually and am easily approachable, friendly and the first to help anyone with a technical problem. I am fully literate with design software, email, both Microsoft and Macintosh systems and Microsoft programs.
Other interests of mine include drawing, photography, skating, music, social networking, blogging and art and design.
